The Manager, Operational Excellence plays a critical role in the operational excellence strategy and execution of initiatives for goPuff. In this role, you will define, drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our sites regionally and network-wide. In addition, you will create frameworks and mechanisms to guide teams and share best practices with your field partners and other critical cross functional teams. As a partner, change agent, and lean practitioner, you will provide coaching support for functional leaders on subjects related to Operational Excellence and Lean leadership across the organization. Using data and analytics, you will be responsible to build strong relationships with your stakeholders and execute sustainable programs that simplify processes, improve quality, remove waste and reduce cost. Your analysis and deep insights into the business will help identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement across the organization. This is a remote position that requires heavy travel, with opportunity to be based anywhere in the contiguous United States.
