You will:

  • Works cross functionally to develop and implement a 3 year strategic plan and annual operating plan,proactively identify key opportunities and link strategy to action to enable safe, reliable, flexible and costefficient manufacturing capability that is a demonstrable competitive advantage to Mondelēz. Partner with multi-functional leads to define and meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, Engagement goals. Establish astrong governance to review & control operational performance and continuous Improvement plan and embed a zeroloss mindset across the site to deliver against best in class both internally and externally
  • Provide coaching towards implementation ofIL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working and phase journey as per masterplan and Self-sufficient teams.Rolemodel Values and principles through effective coaching, mentoring and development of the multi-functional team
  • Accountable to protect the value of the assets through appropriate assessment of needs and planning of spend. Lead and be accountable for all Manufacturing standards, Governance, Compliance requirements are in place, understood by all employees at the site, and regularly reviewed and monitored forcompliance to policy.
  • Lead and be Accountable for Talent, Capabilities & Engagement for the Plant - identify and implement critical leversto attract, retain & develop critical talent and build capability at all levels, technical and behavioral, to build asustainable workforce profile for the future.
  • Interface with Key stakeholders internally &externally to establish/maintain effective relationships, align priorities in order to deliver the company objectives, goals andbuild the company equity and image.

  • Significant experience in leading manufacturing performance in a fast moving manufacturing environment withexceptional results (FMCG experience) with a career that has seen time at the Front Line and/or ManufacturingManager level. Demonstrable and intuitive knowledge on fundamentals of good manufacturing practice, processimprovement and optimization,Reconfiguration and imbedding of new or enhanced technology,Managing Costs andVariance, Motivatersand engagement levers for shop floor based performance,experience in TPM-Total productivemaintenance, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment.Demonstrated abilities in Analytics, problem solving and team building with a strong financial & business acumen,project management skills and Knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
  • Experience in interfacing with the broader Supply Chain and Commercial functions and a high level of capabilityaround managing relationships and outcomes with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Customer Service,Category and Sales.

La tarea principal es implementar el programa de excelencia operacional de mondelez "Integrated lean six sigma" en el sitio. Responsable de hacer coaching a los diferentes pilares de la planta.

Requerimientos:

  • Experiencia previa en programas como WCM , TPM, IWS, Lean Manufacturing.
  • Buscamos a alguien con experiencia en TPM= AM+ PM.
  • Experiencia en roles de productividad, mantenimiento y manufactura.
  • Conocimiento en la metodología de eliminación de pérdidas (RCA Root Cause Analysis-FishBone - 5w-1H - Makigami - SMED - Loss analysis).
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación.
  • Habilidades de acompañamiento y coaching.
  • Proactividad, curiosidad.
