WebMD LLC is seeking a Manager, Operational Efficiency to drive performance across the EDU division. As the primary strategic partner to the Efficiency Officer, the Manager, Operational Efficiency drives division-wide performance by providing expert process oversight and leading high‑stakes integration projects. By joining Medscape Education you will simplify complex operations and dissolve departmental silos to ensure the EDU division is lean, collaborative, and primed for scale. This role suits those skilled in process improvement, organizational strategy, project management, and strong communication and analytical abilities.
In this role, success is defined by a measurable increase in delivery velocity, the successful execution of initiative milestones, and a highly informed organization where "how we work" is clear, documented, and consistently improved.
Salary range: $85,000 - $100,000
Bonus Eligible: This position is also eligible for a discretionary company bonus, based upon business results.
