Job summary

Aon is seeking a Manager of Business Analysis to support the Internal Consulting team within ABS on a multi-year operating model transformation. Hybrid role with flexible virtual work and option to work from US offices.

You will conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, translate strategy into practical requirements, and partner with leaders across Solution Lines, Regions, and Functions to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, operations improvement, or a related role.
• Experience supporting transformation, operating model, process reengineering, or largescale change initiatives, ideally in a global or matrixed environment.
• Experience in professional services, insurance, or financial services is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to understand currentstate processes, organizational structures, performance, and difficulties.
• Gather, validate, and interpret data to support operating model decisions.
• Analyze and synthesize inputs into clear, decision-ready operating model recommendations.
• Develop problem statements, hypotheses, and analytical frameworks with senior team members.
• Prepare options, recommendations, and supporting materials to inform decisionmaking.
