The YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties is seeking a Part-Time Manager on Duty at our Tacoma branch. You will oversee operations, staff, and safety protocols, ensuring adherence to YMCA policies.
Responsibilities include member relations, emergency response, and facility oversight. Valid CPR/First Aid preferred; training available within 30 days. Benefits for part-time roles and access to YMCA programs are provided.
Wage: $ 20.60 to $24.16 per hour (Compensation is determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, with most new hires starting between the minimum and midpoint of the posted wage range)
Hours: Part-Time, Up to 25 hours per week
As a Manager on Duty, you will be responsible for overseeing branch operations and administration by ensuring staff and members are in compliance with all YMCA policies and practices, supervising branch staff, and responding to emergencies and member incidents.
