Job summary

Tail town pet resort in Rio Rancho, NM seeks a Manager on Duty to oversee daily operations, ensure pet safety, and support staff in delivering exceptional service.

You will manage play yards, pools, and boarding facilities, assist clients, monitor pet well-being, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40 lbs. Flexible schedule and reliable team player encouraged.

Responsibilities

Join Our Team as a Manager on Duty at NM's #1 Pet Resort!

Do you have a passion for pets and a knack for leadership? Join one of the biggest and best pet resorts in the state! Our state-of-the-art facility offers grooming, a dedicated training center, boarding, and daycare services for dogs and cats. With 3 indoor heated pools and 9 spacious play yards, we're dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and enriching environment for pets—and we're looking for a Manager on Duty to help us make it all happen!

What You’ll Do

As the Manager on Duty, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pet resort. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily operations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for pets, clients, and staff.
• Leading and supporting team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensuring all areas of the resort, including play yards, pools, and boarding facilities, are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Assisting with client interactions and addressing any concerns or questions.
