Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Attack & Penetration Testing to lead offensive security operations and strengthen client resilience against cyber threats. You will direct testing across networks, apps, and cloud, mentor teams, and report findings to technical and executive audiences.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in penetration testing, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with Python/PowerShell. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 6+ years of related work experience or a Master’s with 3-4+ years in penetration testing.
• Experience leading and delivering penetration testing projects.
• Hands-on manual attack and penetration testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify threats and vulnerabilities in enterprise environments.
• Lead penetration testing, red team, and purple team engagements.
• Oversee delivery of clear, actionable client reports for technical and executive audiences.
• Mentor junior and senior analysts and foster a collaborative culture.
• Stay current with threats, industry trends, and participate in industry groups.
