About The Role

The Manager of Talent Acquisition & Operations at Paxos will lead a high-impact team responsible for attracting, hiring, and onboarding top-tier talent while driving operational excellence across the recruiting function. In this role, you’ll own end-to-end hiring strategies from scaling hard-to-fill and niche roles to optimizing candidate experience in a highly competitive market. Beyond talent acquisition, you’ll oversee the systems, processes, and data that power our recruiting engine, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and scalability as we grow. By combining strategic hiring leadership with operational rigor, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our talent strategy and enabling Paxos to deliver on its mission to modernize and transform global finance.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing Talent Acquisition team aligned with Paxos’ growth goals and business priorities.
  • Design and execute data-driven recruiting strategies to attract top talent across a variety of functions and global markets.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and consistent candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Own recruiting operations through streamlining workflows, optimizing tools and systems, and driving scalable, efficient processes.
  • Leverage analytics to track funnel health, forecast hiring needs, and inform team and executive-level decisions.
  • Manage recruiting dashboards, metrics, and reporting to promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with People Operations to ensure integration across recruiting, onboarding, and HR systems and processes.
  • Evaluate and manage vendors, recruiting platforms, and technology to support operational excellence and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and playbooks to drive consistency across the hiring process.
  • Partner with senior leaders to refine hiring practices, promote structured and inclusive processes, and enhance employer branding.


About You

  • You have 7+ years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience and 3+ years leading high-performing Talent Acquisition teams.
  • You bring a strong operational mindset and have led improvements across recruiting tools, systems, processes, and vendor management.
  • You’ve scaled recruiting functions to support rapid company growth and evolving organizational needs.
  • You’re a trusted partner to stakeholders, with the ability to align hiring strategies with business goals and influence outcomes.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, take a data-driven approach, and use metrics to drive performance and continuous improvement.
  • You’re a strong communicator and collaborator across technical and non-technical teams.
  • You care deeply about candidate experience and have a proven track record of closing top talent with long-term impact.

Pay And Benefits

Paxos offers a competitive total compensation and benefits package, including equity and bonuses based on both your individual performance and company performance. Eligibility for bonuses is dependent on job level, and actual salary within the range depends on your skills, experience, and qualifications.

Expected range for the base salary component for candidates located within the United States is:

$170,000—$190,000 USD
