Job description

Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations

San Francisco or New York City

About us:

Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $178mm of funding from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, and others.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Grow Therapy is hiring a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations to elevate and scale the core systems that power our hiring engine. This role will support a remote-friendly Talent team, reporting directly to the VP of Talent Acquisition, and will lead initiatives that improve process, tools, and team efficiency across the full recruiting lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be based in New York.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Lead and develop our Recruiting Coordination team to ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate and interviewer experience.
  2. Partner on the rollout and adoption of key recruiting technologies (e.g., ATS, CRM, scheduling tools) and manage long-term optimization.
  3. Partner with the TA leaders to build and maintain recruiting dashboards that drive transparency and inform strategic decisions across TA and the business.
  4. Design and implement scalable processes, programs, and systems (e.g., interviewer training, referral processes, documentation, employer brand) that improve speed and quality of hire, that are in alignment with our values.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, People, and IT to align hiring operations with business goals and headcount plans.

The salary range for this position is $162,000 - $202,000 USD depending on geo location.

You’ll Be a Good Fit If:

  1. You’ve led recruiting operations or coordination functions and understand how to scale process in a fast-paced environment.
  2. You’ve owned or implemented tools like Greenhouse, Gem/Ashby, Modernloop, or similar systems to improve recruiter efficiency.
  3. You’re fluent in recruiting data and reporting, and can turn insight into action that drives business outcomes.
  4. You’re a project manager by nature: highly organized and process-driven, with a mindset for continuous improvement and automation.
  5. You’re a collaborative partner who thrives at the intersection of people, tools, and strategy — and you enjoy balancing day-to-day execution with long-term planning.

If you don’t meet every single requirement, but are still interested in the job, please apply. Nobody checks every box, and Grow believes the perfect candidate is more than just a resume.
