Boca Raton Regional Hospital, part of Baptist Health, seeks a Manager of Quality and Performance Improvement to lead PI and QAPI activities. RN license, BSN, and CPHQ certification are required, with 5+ years in hospital quality and at least 2 years in leadership.

Responsibilities include supervising PI teams, regulatory compliance, accreditation surveys, and reporting to executive leadership. This is a full-time position located in Boca Raton.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• CPHQ certification required.
• 5+ years in hospital/healthcare, with 2+ years in quality management/PI.
• 2 years of leadership experience.
• Experience leading TJC/accreditation surveys is highly desired.

Manages the Performance Improvement (PI) activities of the hospital to include the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Program, Peer Review, regulatory compliance and comparative database support. Oversees and coordinates the Performance Improvement committee, PI teams and projects, regulatory compliance, and completion of the Intracycle Monitoring and Focused Standards Assessment. Performs annual integrated review and evaluation of all departmental activities and provides a report for executive and medical leadership, based on entity requirements. Estimated salary range for this position is $107760.50 - $143321.47 / year depending on experience.

Degrees:

• Bachelors.

Licenses & Certifications:

• NAHQ Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality.
• Registered Nurse.

Additional Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Nursing -BSN.
• Master Degree preferred in Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years experience in a hospital or healthcare setting with 2 years minimum in quality management/PI area of practice.
• 2 years leadership experience required.
• Experienced in leading a TJC and accreditation survey process, highly desired.
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) required.
