Boca Raton Regional Hospital, part of Baptist Health, seeks a Manager of Quality and Performance Improvement to lead PI and QAPI activities. RN license, BSN, and CPHQ certification are required, with 5+ years in hospital quality and at least 2 years in leadership.

Responsibilities include supervising PI teams, regulatory compliance, accreditation surveys, and reporting to executive leadership. This is a full-time position located in Boca Raton.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• CPHQ certification required.
• 5+ years in hospital/healthcare, with 2+ years in quality management/PI.
• 2 years of leadership experience.
• Experience leading TJC/accreditation surveys is highly desired.

Responsabilités

• Oversee PI activities, QAPI, peer review and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate PI committees, teams and projects.
• Provide annual integrated reviews and executive reports.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and data support.
