Job summary

United Surgical Partners International is seeking a seasoned nursing leader to join our facility as a Pre-Operative/Recovery Department lead. This role will set the standard for patient care, safety, and service excellence, while mentoring staff and ensuring seamless operations across preop, PACU, and perioperative areas.

The ideal candidate will have a nursing license, a BSN, at least five years of nursing experience with management in critical care, Preop/PACU, or OR, and familiarity with

• Must possess a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission rules and regulations.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience with management in Critical care, Preop/PACU, OR.
• Oversight of all surgery, Anesthesia, Preop/PACU, and Sterile Processing services; assist as RN Circulator and Scrub Tech as needed.

Required Skills:

In order to be considered for this position, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Must possess a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas
• Graduate of professional school of Nursing. Bachelor''s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission rules and regulations
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience with management experience in one of the following, Critical care, Preop/PACU , OR
• Oversight of all surgery, Anesthesia, Preop/PACU, and Pre Admission Testing and Sterile Processing services. Assist as RN Circulator and Scrub Tech as necessary.
