Seton Medical Center Harker Heights seeks a day shift, full-time RN Nursing Manager for the Emergency Department. The role leads clinical, HR, and staff education efforts to ensure compassionate, efficient patient care.

Requirements include a BSN (or plan to complete within two years), TX RN license, BLS within 14 days, ACLS/ENPC/PALS within required windows, TNCC, and at least five years in an ED with three years of management experience.

Competenze

• BSN required (or agree to attain within two years of position date).
• RN with Texas Board of Nursing – OR – current home state license is required for multi-state license recognition through the Nurse Licensure Compact.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role, and prior to providing direct patient care, or ARC is required upon hire.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• PALS or ENPC within 6 months of hire.
• TNCC within 18 months of hire.
• Five (5) years of experience in an Emergency Department in a hospital required.
• Three (3) years management experience.
