Join our Fitness and Wellbeing Vertical as Manager of Marketing Solutions for Xplor Growth to make a real impact every day. We believe that every conversation, code line, and interface design is an opportunity to enrich our customers’ experiences.

Reporting to the VP of Customer Success, you will lead a team of Marketing Consultants and CRM Programmers, guiding them to deliver exceptional consultative services that drive product adoption and elevate customer experiences with our platform. Your role will be crucial in building a scalable program, ensuring our team provides unmatched value, and fostering customer satisfaction and product success.

We seek a passionate individual about customer experience, boutique fitness, and marketing automation. The ideal candidate is engaging, metrics-driven, and capable of mentoring a team while taking organizational initiatives to the next level. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Manage, scale, and grow a team to meet quarterly targets (customer conversion, retention, product adoption, account health, CSAT, NPS).
  2. Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture focused on continuous improvement and client success.
  3. Enhance the existing Marketing Solutions program to increase revenue and attract new customers.
  4. Represent the voice of the customer within the organization, influencing product development based on feedback.
  5. Collaborate with other managers and CSMs to address escalations, reduce churn, and improve customer sentiment.
  6. Prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

- Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000

- Bonus: Potential discretionary annual bonus

Location: Fully remote within the United States, with sufficient time zone overlap for collaboration.

Required qualifications:

  • 7+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Marketing, or Account Management, with 4+ years in people management.
  • Proven excellence in analytical thinking, process development, problem-solving, communication, delegation, and planning.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, self-motivated environment.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, CSAT, NDR, expansion) and data-driven decision making.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills internally and externally.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in the fitness and wellness industry is highly desirable.
