Job summary

Stripe seeks a seasoned leader to head the Marketing Data team in the United States. You will set the multi-year roadmap for marketing analytics in alignment with Stripe's growth strategy and partner with Marketing, Sales, Growth, Product, Finance, and Engineering.

You will lead and develop a high-performing team of data scientists and managers, shape marketing measurement and targeting models, and guide AI-driven initiatives to accelerate multi-product adoption.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in data science or analytics leadership.
• Deep marketing data science expertise with strong statistical foundations.
• Proven ability to influence executives and drive strategy.

• Ability to work in a hybrid or remote setup, with at least 50% in-office time.
