Manager of Graduate Nursing Partnerships (REMOTE)

Position Overview

The Manager of Nursing Partnerships reports to the Associate VP Online Marketing, Recruitment & Admissions at Houston Christian University. The primary responsibilities include fostering existing B2B partnerships, establishing new collaborations, engaging healthcare decision-makers, and showcasing program value to secure partnership contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage healthcare industry executives via various communication channels to understand needs and promote our programs.
  2. Deliver presentations onsite and virtually to develop new partnerships.
  3. Develop communication strategies to ensure effective collaboration with partners.
  4. Drive lead generation initiatives at partner locations through strategic presentations and activities.
  5. Nurture ongoing relationships, identify new opportunities, and address concerns for long-term success.
  6. Represent the institution at industry events and collaborate with university staff to align partnership activities with strategic goals.
  7. Facilitate MOA/MOU agreements with partners in coordination with relevant university staff.
  8. Monitor industry trends and competitors, providing insights to refine strategies.
  9. Utilize Microsoft 365 and other tools to track and analyze partnership efforts, producing reports for strategic planning.
Additional Duties
  • Participate in faculty/staff meetings and university committees related to accreditation and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred.
  • Experience in industry, especially in developing partnerships, is advantageous.
  • At least two years of client-facing experience in a business environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within and outside Houston, TX.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and sales skills.
  • Ability to articulate the vision for MSN at HCU.
