Manager of Graduate Nursing Partnerships (REMOTE)

Department: Dunham School of Nursing

Reports to: AGS Associate VP Online Marketing, Recruitment & Admissions

Exempt: Yes

Position Summary

The Manager of Nursing Partnerships reports to the Associate VP Online Marketing, Recruitment & Admissions at Houston Christian University. The primary responsibilities include fostering existing B2B partnerships, forging new ones, engaging decision-makers through various channels, and showcasing program value to secure new contracts.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Engage with healthcare executives: Communicate via various channels to understand needs and present our programs.
    • Deliver presentations onsite and virtual
    • Develop communication strategies for partners
    • Drive lead generation initiatives
  2. Maintain and develop partnerships:
    • Participate in industry events
    • Coordinate with staff and faculty on partnership activities
    • Establish MOA/MOU agreements
  3. Monitor industry trends:
    • Track and analyze partnership data
    • Generate performance reports
  4. Other duties as assigned
Additional Responsibilities
  • Participate in staff/faculty meetings and advisory boards
  • Contribute to accreditation processes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred
  • Experience in industry and partnership development
  • At least two years of client-facing experience
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to articulate the MSN vision at HCU
