Position Summary

The Manager of Nursing Partnerships reports to the Associate VP Online Marketing, Recruitment & Admissions at Houston Christian University. The primary responsibilities include fostering existing B2B partnerships, establishing new ones, engaging decision-makers through various channels, and showcasing program value to secure new partnership contracts.

Job Responsibilities

1. Engage mid to senior-level healthcare executives to understand needs and present our programs' value.
2. Deliver presentations onsite and virtually to foster new healthcare industry partnerships.
3. Develop communication strategies for seamless collaboration with partners.
4. Drive lead generation initiatives and exceed engagement goals.
5. Nurture ongoing relationships, identify collaboration opportunities, and address concerns.
6. Represent the university at industry events and conferences.
7. Coordinate with staff and faculty to align partnership activities with strategic goals.
8. Establish MOA/MOU agreements with partners in collaboration with relevant university staff.
9. Monitor industry trends and competitors, providing strategic insights.
10. Utilize Microsoft 365 and other tools for tracking, analyzing, and reporting partnership activities.
11. Participate in staff meetings and university committees as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in developing industry partnerships is advantageous.
• At least two years of client-facing experience in a business environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively within and outside Houston, TX.
• Strong communication, presentation, and sales skills.
• Ability to articulate the vision for MSN at HCU effectively.
