Job summary

CFS in Orlando, FL, is seeking a Manager of FP&A to own budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analytics while partnering with senior leadership.

You will lead annual budgeting and forecasting, prepare executive dashboards, analyze revenue and costs, build robust financial models, and drive improvements across planning tools in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years FP&A, financial analysis, or business finance experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis and financial modeling experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to present financial insights to senior leadership.
• Insurance industry experience strongly preferred.
• Adaptive Planning experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and recurring projection processes.
• Prepare executive reporting packages, dashboards, and variance analyses.
• Analyze revenue, margins, expenses, pricing changes, and operational performance.
• Build financial models supporting strategic planning, scenario analysis, and business decisions.
• Partner with operational leaders to evaluate risks, opportunities, and departmental spending.
• Improve reporting processes, financial systems, and planning tools.
