CHIA seeks a highly organized, hands‑on technical leader to serve in the Data Services organization as the Data Integration Manager. This Player‑Coach role reports directly to the Associate Director of Master Data Management.
The Data Integration Manager is responsible for managing a team of 5–6 data engineers while actively participating in development work. The role oversees ETL processes, designs and writes ETL code as needed, and manages the team to build scalable data solutions within our Talend and Snowflake environments. The ideal candidate wants to maintain technical depth while balancing hands‑on work and providing guidance so team members are supported in their professional growth and projects are delivered successfully.
The position is hybrid: in‑person work from the Boston office (501 Boylston Street) is required for at least two days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.

The salary range for this role is $115,000–$130,000, commensurate with experience. Title, responsibilities, and compensation may be adjusted based on the selected candidate’s experience and expertise.
