Clean Harbors, Inc. in Norwell, MA is seeking a Manager of ERP Systems - Procurement to own the corporate ERP platform for procurement and lead strategic and tactical projects.

You will oversee system planning, development, delivery, implementation, monitoring, and performance of applications, security, and infrastructure for the procurement stack. You will manage and direct staff across the US and India, ensure projects meet timelines, collaborate with leadership and stakeholders, review design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar ERP or procurement IT leadership role.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Fusion Procurement.
• Experience implementing large Oracle Cloud ERP procurement suites.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Leadership, peers and business stakeholders to identify, plan, develop and implement systems and support structure for Oracle Procurement system.
• Develop and manage scalable high-performing teams across US and India.
• Manage data integration and support between multiple systems to support Oracle Cloud Procurement with a proprietary backend .net system.
• Monitor key organization requirements such as the daily execution and distribution of information. Direct any corrective actions resulting from overall system operation and performance.
• Review and approve all application design customizations and relevant integrated applications with other systems.
• Execute IT projects with business alignment based on established priorities.

Manager of ERP Systems - Procurement

The Manager of ERP Systems - Procurement has responsibility for all aspects of the Corporate ERP system for Procurement and the execution of strategic and tactical projects. Assist with oversight of all systems planning, development, delivery, implementation, monitoring, and performance of applications, security, and infrastructure for the Procurement platform. Manage and direct activities of staff based on the business priorities while ensuring all activities are complete and within project timelines.
