  • 15+ years of experience in software development, with a strong understanding of cloud-native technologies.
  • 4+ years of experience in a management or team lead role, leading software engineering teams.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and the cloud-native ecosystem (e.g., Docker, Helm, Prometheus, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architectures.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers.
  • A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Experience contributing to or working with open-source Kubernetes projects is a plus.
