Texas State Technical College is seeking a Manager of Employer Relations to help develop and execute a regional strategy for employer partnerships. The Manager of Employer Relations will assist the Senior Manager of Employer Relations in developing and executing a regional strategy for employer partnership development by executing the plan and assisting Campus Leads. The Manager of Employer Relations will be responsible for establishing relationships with local employers through coordinating and executing job fairs, employer spotlights, networking opportunities, campus tours, and company visits to cultivate job opportunities. The Manager of Employer Relations will assist in monitoring regional industry trends and providing recommendations for program enhancements to the student learning & operations team and the Senior Manager of Employer Relations curriculum alignment. Support Campus Leads in their efforts to engage with local employers and industry partners.
Hiring Range is $64-69K. The final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Equivalent combination of education, training and relevant professional experience will be considered.
