Texas State Technical College seeks a Admissions & Outreach Coordinator to guide prospective students through enrollment, financial aid and admissions. You will coordinate with Admissions, Registrar, Operations and Student Services to support applicants and maintain accurate records.
You will develop recruitment strategies targeting high schools and community partners, promoting dual credit opportunities and workforce programs to boost enrollment and college readiness.

Job Description Manage student applicant caseload, offering personalized advice and addressing questions on enrollment, financial aid, and student progression. Collaborate with internal departments to support students, conduct outreach efforts, and liaise with faculty to ensure effective communication and assistance for prospective students. Starting salary is $20.20 USD Hourly. The final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Equivalent combination of education, training and relevant professional experience will be considered.

TSTC publishes the Annual Security Report (ASR), which includes the Annual Fire Safety Report (AFSR), to ensure that essential information about campus safety is readily accessible. This report includes data on crimes and fire incidents from the past three calendar years, outlining safety measures, reporting protocols, and emergency response plans. It also highlights crime prevention programs and support resources available to the campus community.
