Qualifications include ARRT-R, ARRT-CT, Nuc Med, AHA/BLS, a graduate radiologic technology program, and a bachelor’s degree preferred; 3–5 years supervisory multi-modality experience.

Position Summary: This position supports the mission of Sky Ridge Medical Center of optimizing the quality of life of all those served by expanding beyond the traditional focus on medical needs to the needs of the whole person. At the direction of the Director of Diagnostic Imaging and Medical Chairman, oversee the technical staff in the designated sections of the Imaging Department. Oversee technical procedures and work flow to ensure safe and effective patient care. Act as a role model and facilitator working in collaboration with all levels of the imaging department’s personnel, as well as the referring physicians and hospital departments. This person shall manage staffing, patient and physician concerns, as well as clinical activities. Assume the responsibility of the Imaging Department in the director’s absence. When need arises, will perform other duties as assigned by the director. Assistant Director maintains 24 hour accountability.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Graduate accredited school of Radiologic Technology
Bachelor degree program preferred.
3- 5 year supervisory in multi-modality setting. Skills commensurate with formal training requirement
