Manager of Dealer Accounts - West | Royal Truck Body | Remote

Regular Employee | Salary Exempt

What you'll do

As the Manager of Dealer Accounts - West (Remote) for Royal Truck Body (a Shyft Group brand), you will drive dealership success and sales growth by building strong relationships and leading Territory Account Managers.

This is a remote position, and qualified candidates must reside west of the Mississippi River.

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet and dealer leadership
  2. Identify, coach, and pursue sales growth opportunities within your assigned territory
  3. Provide product and upfit solutions to fleet and dealerships
  4. Effectively communicate and collaborate with customers and internal teams
  5. Manage and develop a team of 7-10 Territory Account Managers

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's preferred)
  • 6+ years of commercial upfit outside sales experience
  • 2+ years of managing an outside sales team
  • Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or commercial upfit provider, with a track record of double-digit growth focusing on Ford, GM, and RAM commercial vehicle lines
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales and business operations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
