Manager of Dealer Accounts - West | Royal Truck Body | Remote

Regular Employee | Salary Exempt

Overview

As the Manager of Dealer Accounts - West (Remote) for Royal Truck Body (a Shyft brand), you will drive dealership success and sales growth by building strong relationships and leading Territory Account Managers.

This is a remote position. The ideal candidate will reside west of the Mississippi River, with a preference for candidates located in Texas, Arizona, or California.

Core Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership personnel.
  • Identify and pursue sales growth opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Provide product/service knowledge and support to dealerships.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with dealerships and internal teams.
  • Manage and develop a team of 7-10 Territory Account Managers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's preferred).
  • 6+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales and business operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%.
