Job summary

Take-Two Interactive seeks a motivated Manager to join its Corporate Development & Strategy team in New York. You will work with senior management and the board to drive M&A, investments, and strategic initiatives, building rigorous financial models to evaluate acquisitions and partnerships.

You will monitor industry trends, perform in-depth competitive analyses, and prepare concise presentations for senior leaders and the Board.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, and/or Corporate Development.
• Proficient at building financial/operating models and valuation methodologies (DCF, precedent transactions, comps, etc.).
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Prior experience in the interactive entertainment industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive M&A, investments, strategic initiatives, and long-term company strategy.
• Perform rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses for key decisions.
• Develop/refine financial models to support acquisitions, investments, and initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
• Assist with due diligence for deals and partnerships; prepare senior leadership materials.
• Support post-acquisition integration and new business initiatives from Corporate Development.

• Take-Two Interactive is seeking a motivated Manager to join its highly visible Corporate Development & Strategy team
• In this role, you will work with senior management and the board of directors at the corporate level and with label leadership to drive M&A, investments, strategic initiatives, and the Company's overall long-term strategy
• You’ll be responsible for performing rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses that drive key decisions across the organization
• Develop and refine financial models that will support the assessment and valuation of potential acquisitions, early to late stage investments, and strategic initiatives
• Monitor trends within the interactive entertainment industry to identify emerging opportunities
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on industry competitors and market developments, delivering regular insights to the team
• Assist in due diligence efforts for M&A and partnership opportunities
• Assist with the preparation of clear, concise presentations, memoranda, and reports for senior management and Board meetings
• Assist with new initiatives driven by the Corporate Development group including, but not limited to, the creation of new business units, post-acquisition integration, and business model innovation
