Hotwire Communications in Naples, FL is seeking a Manager of Community Association Relations to support the regional Business Development team. You will build and maintain relationships with homeowner associations, property management companies, and boards to uncover new sales opportunities and strengthen our presence in the region.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business or Marketing with CMCA/AMS/PCAM/CFCAM certification, plus at least five years in community management, and proven ability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is required and CMCA/AMS/PCAM/CFCAM certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Community/Property Management or related field.
• Strong selling and relationship-building skills with a track record of client development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships within the region to identify new business development opportunities.
• Support the Business Development team by connecting with industry professionals to support the sales process.
• Promote brand awareness and product knowledge by coordinating facility tours and product demonstrations.
• Identify promotional opportunities and collaborate with Marketing/PR to create content.
• Engage with target organizations to participate in committees and executive-level seats.
• Attend events (tradeshows, Chamber of Commerce, trade associations) to support regional sales goals.
• Maintain Salesforce with accurate contact information and sales leads.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of residential/commercial products.

Job description

The Manager of Community Association Relations supports the regional Business Development team to establish Hotwire as a trusted business partner and create new or incremental sales opportunities from current clients, Property Management Companies, Homeowner Associations and Board of Directors. The Manager of Community Association Relations will develop relationships in the industry and the community to strengthen Hotwire’s reputation and general brand awareness within the region.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain professional relationships within the region to identify new business development opportunities.
• Support the Business Development team by connecting with industry professionals and leveraging those relationships to support the sales process.
• Promote brand awareness and product knowledge within the region by scheduling and working with the appropriate internal departments to organize facility tours and product demonstrations.
• Identify promotional/advertisement opportunities within the region and work with the Marketing and Public Relations team to create content.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to ensure Hotwire is consistently engaged within specific organizations and represented properly within the market.
• Engage and participate with target organizations to be part of committees and executive level seats.
• Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities to network and develop relationships.
• Attend events including, tradeshows/expos, Chamber of Commerce, Trade Association as needed to support the Business Development team and the regional sales goals.
• Utilize all networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads for the Business Development Team.
• Update and maintain the Salesforce database with correct contact information and sales leads.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of residential/commercial products.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing and certification in CMCA, AMS, PCAM, or CFCAM.
• Demonstrated success with essential functions and a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the Community Management/Property Management industry.
• Exceptional selling and relationship building skills. Networking superstar.
• A proven record of strong client relationships. Customer service skills.
• Must be highly effective in two-way communication to include written, verbal and telephone skills.
