Job summary

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a Manager of Clinical Services in Huntley, IL to lead a dedicated clinical team delivering patient-centered hospice care. You will shape strategic care plans, mentor leaders, and drive a culture of excellence and empathy to ensure comfort, dignity, and high-quality care when it matters most.

We offer a $7,500 signing bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. The role requires an RN license and 2+ years in hospice/home health with supervisory experience.
