Job Summary: The Manager of Clinical Services manages and supports the clinical functions of the organization, including policies, goals, and objectives set by the President/CEO and the Board of Directors. Key responsibilities include managing clinical processes related to referrals, authorization, donor management, and organ allocation. The role oversees clinical staff involved in donation activities and develops staffing models. Travel may be required for job responsibilities, including by automobile or aircraft. The position involves handling confidential material and requires discretion, adhering to TOSA's confidentiality policies.
Work Schedule: Full-time, with standard hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. On-call duties are required as needed, with occasional evening or weekend work, and potential for extended hours during periods of increased activity or travel.
