HCA Florida Ocala Hospital is seeking a Pharmacy Clinical Manager to design, implement, and manage clinical pharmacy programs across the health system. The role focuses on formulary management, policy development, and education while supporting pharmacy operations when the director or designee is unavailable.
Applicants must hold a Pharmacist license, a Bachelor's degree, and have at least 3 years of experience; PharmD is preferred.
The Pharmacy Clinical Manager is responsible for designing, implementing and managing the pharmacy clinical programs. This includes formulary management, policy and procedure development and education across the healthcare spectrum. The Clinical Manager shall also assist in managing the pharmacy when the Pharmacy Director or designee is unavailable.
