The Manager of Business Operations will directly manage 15-20 individuals that handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support our medical record retrieval business. This role specifically supports the invoice processing team. Managers in this space should be prepared to be flexible to business and customer needs, have a solid understanding of accounts payable and a solid attention to detail. Individuals best suited for this role should have experience managing a complex and diverse team, strategic thinking skills, solid multi-tasking skills, and the ability to assess current business needs and prioritize accordingly. Day-to-day job functions may vary depending on business needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Set goals, analyze performance, make decisions, and ensure smooth operations while fostering employee development and maintaining standards
• Oversee the processing and data entry of incoming invoices
• Approve payment of invoices that meet all payment qualifications
• Ensure team productivity and quality
• Manage work queues to support shifting business needs and special handling information for customers
• Responsibilities are subject to change based on business needs

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of leadership experience, preferably experience leading a production-oriented team
• 1+ years of experience working with accounts payable or similar finance role
• Home internet with a stable and solid connection

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Solid computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
