Job summary

Asante in Medford, OR is seeking a Manager of Accounting to lead the accounting department across entities. You will supervise staff and supervise close collaboration with finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities include overseeing accounting, accounts payable, payroll, general ledger, audits, budgets, and external reporting, with strategic input on process improvements and internal controls.

Qualifications

• 8 years of progressively responsible finance experience in healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or accounting.
• Experience in accounting, accounts payable, payroll.
• Experience in a leadership role.
• Master's degree in finance, business or accounting (preferred).
• CPA certification (preferred).

SalaryRange:$111,862.40 - $153,822.24

Position Summary

The Managerof Accounting manages the staff and processes of the accounting department. Responsibilities include accounting, accounts payable, payroll, general ledger, audit, budget and external reporting for all Asante entities.

Position Qualifications

Required

• 8 years of progressively responsible professional level finance experience within healthcare
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or accounting
• Experience in accounting/accounts payable/payroll
• Experience in a leadership type role

Preferred

• Master's degree in finance, business or accounting
• CPA: Certified Public Accountant
