Job summary

Dignity Health - Mercy Hospital in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Nursing Manager to guide and empower the nursing team to deliver patient-centered care through growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• BSN or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and one (1) year of leadership experience.
• RN:CA licensure in California.
• BLS CPR certification.

Pay Range

$54.19 - $88.54 /hour
