Job summary

Dignity Health - Mercy Hospital in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a House Supervisor to oversee patient care delivery during shifts and ensure smooth hospital operations. The role requires an ADN, 3+ years nursing plus 1 year leadership, CA RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and one (1) year of leadership experience.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with CA board.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from AHA.

To be successful in this role, you will document daily staffing and administrative records and maintain compliance with governmental policies and procedures. Presents documentation to senior staff and provide nursing care to patients on an as needed basis. Maintain communication to patient and family members regarding care needed.
