Job summary

Dignity Health Mercy Bakersfield is actively seeking a Nursing Manager to lead our nursing team, deliver patient-centered care, and drive operational excellence. You will mentor Registered Nurses, oversee clinical operations, and advocate for patient and staff needs.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN, have at least three years of nursing experience with one year in a leadership role, CA RN licensure, and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• BSN or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience.
• One (1) year of leadership experience.
• Registered Nurse in CA upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification upon hire.
