Job summary

Dignity Health is seeking a Nursing Manager to lead and empower our nursing team at Chandler Regional Medical Center. You will guide daily operations, support staff development, and ensure high-quality patient-centered care with strong communication and accountability.

You will mentor RNs, oversee clinical operations, and drive professional growth while maintaining safety and patient satisfaction as top priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience.
• One (1) year of leadership experience.
• Registered Nurse: AZ License.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certificate.

Responsibilities

• Schedules nursing staff to specific shifts, considering past utilization trends.
• Assists in training of new staff and development of existing staff.
• Coordinates unit activities during a shift and directs, organizes, and assigns nursing staff work.
• Assesses, monitors, and educates staff on patient care; institutes emergency procedures as needed.
• Provides nursing care to patients on an as-needed basis.
• Measures employee performance.
