As Manager II, NextGEN Enablement, you will execute and scale initiatives across transformation, change management, workforce strategy, and talent development. You'll support the design and delivery of programs that help teams adapt to new ways of working, build critical skills, and stay aligned to our evolving Technology strategy.
This role is highly collaborative, working across Technology, HR, and Communications to support planning, learning, and engagement efforts. You'll help ensure initiatives are well-organized, measurable, and impactful—driving adoption and strengthening how our teams operate. Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office location for this role is Salisbury, NC.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
