Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union seeks a Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) Manager to lead origination teams and drive performance in Houston, TX. You will resolve complex issues for MLOs and coordinate all origination activities, processes and policies.

The role focuses on daily production, quality, and deployment of new lending products, while coaching staff and building relationships with Realtors and builders to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years MLO management experience.
• Five years of mortgage lending, real estate, retail sales or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Determine solutions for complex issues presented by Mortgage Loan Officers.
• Coordinate, develop and manage origination activities, processes, policies and procedures to support department objectives.
• Manage daily production and quality expectations to meet monthly goals.
• Participate in deployment of new lending products and processes.
• Lead change and coach origination staff to achieve production goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with other TDECU lines of business and external referral sources such as Realtors and Builders.
• Work with Mortgage Fulfillment Team to ensure service level times are met on origination, processing, and closing.

Minimum Qualifications
