The Manager, Microsoft Cloud Services is responsible for the strategy, architecture, governance, security, and optimization of the organization's Microsoft cloud environment, including Azure, Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365. This role leads a small technical team and strategic partners, establishes platform standards, drives cloud modernization, manages risk and compliance, and ensures cloud services are secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective. The position is focused on strategy, governance, and architecture, rather than day-to-day operational support.

• Azure architecture and governance experience, including: Landing Zones; Azure Policy; RBAC; Management Groups; Networking and hybrid environmentsIdentity and Access Management (IAM): Conditional AccessMFA; PIM; Identity Governance; SSO (SAML/OAuth/OpenID Connect)

• Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, or Purview experience
• Pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industry experience
• Experience with ITIL, NIST, CIS, COBIT, or Zero Trust frameworks
• FinOps/cloud cost optimization experience
• Experience with tenant migrations, acquisitions, or large-scale cloud transformations
