Job summary

Centene Corp. seeks a senior leader to maximize member retention by guiding a team of retention performance managers. You will identify, prioritize and act on Medicare member disenrollment risks, collaborating across teams to improve member experiences and outcomes.

The role requires NY residency, willingness to travel and some weekend work, with a strong preference for Medicare/Medicaid sales background and prior people leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience in Medicare.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of retention performance managers to develop and implement strategies to retain Medicare beneficiaries
• Analyze data and trends to identify retention challenges and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve member experience and satisfaction
• Create and manage programs to educate beneficiaries about benefits and services across the health plans
• Monitor and evaluate retention initiatives to ensure their effectiveness and make necessary adjustments

Job description

Position Purpose:

Maximizes member retention across the Enterprise by managing a team of retention performance managers that identifies, researches, prioritizes and determines the appropriate course of action for all applicable business matters. Directs monitors and contributes to special projects aimed at reducing Medicare member disenrollment in local markets, regions and nationally. Collaborates across business teams to execute retention campaigns to improve member experience with the health plan.

Key Details:

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT.

Candidate must reside in the state of New York.

Candidate will need to be ok with travel and working some weekends.

Experience with Medicare / Medicaid sales and being a people leader is highly preferred.

Education/Experience:

Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position. Minimum 2+ years supervisor experience preferred.

Pay Range: $87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per year
