Job Summary

IEEE is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Membership Services Manager to lead the Member Operations function within the Member and Geographic Activities (MGA) organization. This role is responsible for overseeing the teams, processes, and financial operations that support the membership lifecycle, including the processing of applications and payments for new and renewing members and affiliates. The position also provides leadership for global programs such as Senior Member elevations and Geo-Unit inaugurations, helping to support IEEE members and volunteers worldwide.

The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure exceptional service delivery through effective team management, process optimization, project execution, and financial oversight. Key responsibilities include staff development, operational planning, vendor management, budget administration, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Reporting to the Director, Member Operations Administration, the Membership Services Manager will play a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency, supporting organizational goals, and delivering an outstanding member experience through an Operational Excellence framework.
