This role involves managing and overseeing the Medical Economics team, analyzing healthcare data, and developing reports for strategic and operational decision-making. The manager will coordinate data analysis efforts, review work products for accuracy, and serve as a liaison between departments. The position requires a strong background in data management, healthcare analytics, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Data Management, Tools & Technology work streams.
• Coordinate report and project requests, ensuring timely delivery.
• Lead and mentor the Medical Economics team.
• Review and improve business logic and data sources.
• Develop reports for strategic analysis, profitability, and utilization patterns.
• Represent the department in cross-departmental meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 3 years management experience and 10 years’ healthcare or claims data experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI; knowledge of relational databases and SDLC.
• Experience in Population Health/Clinical Analytics and clinical program evaluation is preferred.
