Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required or 4 years of direct nursing experience in lieu of bachelors.
• RN license for the State of Arkansas is required.
• Experience in medical-surgical nursing management or equivalent leadership preferred.

What You'll Do

The Manager, Medical/Surgical oversees the daily operations of the Med/Surg unit, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff engagement, and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for supervising nursing care delivery, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and driving departmental performance in alignment with organizational goals. The Manager fosters a collaborative environment, promotes professional development, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelors in nursing or 4 years of direct nursing experience in lieu of bachelors degree.
