What You'll Do

This role is responsible for supervising nursing care delivery, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and driving departmental performance in alignment with organizational goals. The Manager fosters a collaborative environment, promotes professional development, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelors in nursing or 4 years of direct nursing experience in lieu of bachelors degree.
• RN license for the State of Arkansas
