Job summary

Freeman Health System is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Springdale Hospital Rehab unit. You will deliver patient care using the nursing process and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. The role requires current RN licensure (Arkansas or compact state) and is full-time, 36 hours per week. Preferred: 3+ years in acute hospital care.

What You’ll Do

About Us - Freeman Springdale Hospital -Rehab

Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.

Requirements

Current Arkansas Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse’s state of residence.

Preferred Requirement

3 plus years RN experience in an acute care in hospital setting.
