Avnet is seeking a results-oriented leader to oversee an operating team across returns, RMA, warranty, and billing processes. You will drive cross-functional collaboration and coach staff toward career development while ensuring compliance and strong service metrics.

Join a global team delivering design and logistics expertise and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Operations, Finance, and Logistics.

Qualifications

• Typically 6+ years of experience including 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong service management mindset and ability to identify improvement opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and prioritize daily team activities across Customer Returns (RMA), RMA Credits, RMA PRN Resolution, Warranty Repairs, Factory Drop Ship Billing, and related areas.
• Build and maintain an agile, cross-functional workforce supporting multiple operational processes.
• Develop team members through coaching, training, and career development planning.
• Ensure service levels, operational metrics and compliance requirements are consistently achieved.
• Establish and maintain process documentation, knowledge management practices, and SOPs.
• Monitor performance, workload distribution, and process effectiveness while identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to eliminate recurring issues and improve outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Logistics, Sales, and Product to resolve issues and improve business outcomes.
