Avnet, a global technology distributor, seeks an analyst to support day-to-day operations across customer returns, RMAs, credits, PRN resolution, Failure Analysis / QFS, warranty repairs and factory drop ship billing.

Key Responsibilities

• The analyst will support functional areas day-to-day operations:
• Customer Returns (RMA)
• RMA Credits
• RMA PRN Resolution
• Failure Analysis / Quality Feedback Systems (QFS)
• Warranty Repairs
• Factory Drop Ship Billing

• Support root cause investigations and process improvement initiatives by leveraging data and business insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
• Communicate analytical findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to stakeholders.
• Document business processes, procedures, requirements, and training materials to support standardization and knowledge management.
