Job summary

Avnet is seeking an Operations Analyst to support day-to-day functional areas across returns, credits, RMA resolutions, warranty repairs and related logistics. You will leverage data and cross-functional collaboration to drive service improvements and standardized processes.

The role emphasizes ownership, curiosity, and clear communication, with documentation and training materials to enable scalable, repeatable operations.

• The successful candidate will demonstrate a service management mindset: curiosity and continuous improvement, ownership and accountability, data-driven decision making, collaboration and communication, quick learning of new processes and strong documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations for functional areas including Customer Returns (RMA), RMA Credits, RMA PRN Resolution, Failure Analysis / Quality Feedback Systems (QFS), Warranty Repairs, and Factory Drop Ship Billing.
• Assist in root cause investigations and process improvement initiatives by leveraging data and business insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
• Communicate analytical findings clearly to stakeholders and document business processes, procedures, requirements, and training materials to support standardization and knowledge management.

Key Responsibilities

• The analyst will support functional areas day-to-day operations:
• Customer Returns (RMA)
• RMA Credits
• RMA PRN Resolution
• Failure Analysis / Quality Feedback Systems (QFS)
• Warranty Repairs
• Factory Drop Ship Billing
• Support root cause investigations and process improvement initiatives by leveraging data and business insights.
